About the Role

CYBRELI is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to drive organizational adoption of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity transformation programs. You will partner with business leaders, program managers, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption through effective communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for enterprise IAM and cybersecurity transformation programs.

• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.

• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.

• Support Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust initiatives.

• Design and deliver training programs, user guides, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive communications, and change adoption activities.

• Identify organizational risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Monitor adoption metrics and measure change effectiveness throughout program delivery.

• Support governance reporting, business readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Technology Programs.

• Proven experience supporting enterprise IAM or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, training, and organizational readiness.

• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or CyberArk.

• Experience developing change impact assessments, communication plans, training materials, and adoption frameworks.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or related certifications.

• Consulting or enterprise advisory experience.

• Experience supporting Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, Energy, or other regulated industries.

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and enterprise cybersecurity governance frameworks.

• Understanding of Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity operations.
