Join our cybersecurity consulting team as a Governance Specialist Consultant focused on identity governance, compliance, and enterprise security.
CYBRELI is seeking an experienced Governance Specialist Consultant to help organizations strengthen Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), improve regulatory compliance, and enhance enterprise access governance. You will work with clients to design governance frameworks, optimize identity lifecycle processes, and implement scalable security controls aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
Lead Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives and governance programs.
Design and implement access governance policies, RBAC models, SoD controls, and identity lifecycle processes.
Support access certification, entitlement governance, privileged access governance, and compliance initiatives.
Conduct governance assessments, risk analyses, and control gap reviews.
Develop governance documentation, policies, standards, and audit artifacts.
Collaborate with business leaders, IAM architects, auditors, and technical teams.
Configure and optimize governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or CyberArk.
Support governance reporting, dashboards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
8+ years of experience in Identity Governance, IAM, cybersecurity governance, risk, or compliance.
Strong expertise in IGA, RBAC, SoD, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or CyberArk.
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, and enterprise governance frameworks.
Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or IAM vendor certifications.
Consulting or professional services experience.
Experience supporting regulated industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, and Energy.
Familiarity with Zero Trust and cloud identity governance.
