As an IAM Business Analyst, you support IAM transformation by gathering requirements, analyzing identity governance, and enabling secure IAM solutions.
CYBRELI is seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives. You will work with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to analyze requirements, optimize identity governance processes, and deliver scalable IAM solutions that enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IAM initiatives.
Lead stakeholder workshops, business process analysis, and requirements elicitation sessions.
Support Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, PAM, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle programs.
Develop business process maps, user stories, workflows, functional specifications, and governance documentation.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
Support role engineering, access governance, access certification, SoD analysis, and application onboarding.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and implementation support.
Prepare executive reports, governance artifacts, and project documentation.
Support audit, compliance, and cybersecurity governance initiatives.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM, Cybersecurity Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation.
Strong understanding of IAM, Identity Governance (IGA), RBAC, SoD, access lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, and federation.
Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or CyberArk.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation.
Experience supporting enterprise IAM implementation or transformation projects.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Consulting or professional services experience.
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and CIS Controls.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, Agile/Scrum, Security+, or IAM vendor certifications.
Experience supporting Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, Energy, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with cloud identity and Zero Trust security principles.
