IAM Integration Specialist

CYBRELI is seeking an experienced IAM Integration Specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) integrations across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions that automate identity lifecycle management and support enterprise digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM integrations across enterprise applications and platforms.

• Lead application onboarding and identity lifecycle automation initiatives.

• Configure provisioning, deprovisioning, synchronization, and access management workflows.

• Integrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, HR systems, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.

• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Configure and support SSO, MFA, federation, and identity synchronization services.

• Troubleshoot integration, connector, and provisioning issues.

• Collaborate with architects and security teams to deliver secure integration solutions.

• Support solution testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IAM integration, Identity Management, or Cybersecurity Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and federation.

• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Experience integrating Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, HR systems, and enterprise applications.

• Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise application onboarding and connector development.

• Integration experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR platforms.

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX compliance frameworks.

• Relevant certifications such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Security, Security+, or CISSP.
