CYBRELI is hiring a Senior Contractor IAM Program Manager to lead IAM transformation programs across enterprise environments.
CYBRELI is seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives for global clients. You will oversee the delivery of strategic IAM programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, cybersecurity priorities, governance requirements, and technical execution across complex enterprise environments.
Lead and deliver enterprise IAM and cybersecurity transformation programs.
Develop program roadmaps, governance frameworks, delivery plans, and execution strategies.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
Oversee Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, MFA, cloud identity, and Zero Trust initiatives.
Provide executive reporting, facilitate steering committee meetings, and manage stakeholder communications.
Support change management, organizational readiness, and user adoption.
Identify project risks, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure successful program outcomes.
Contribute to client proposals, strategic consulting engagements, and business development initiatives.
8+ years of experience in Program Management, IAM, Cybersecurity Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation.
Proven experience leading large-scale IAM or cybersecurity programs.
Strong knowledge of IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, Zero Trust, and cloud identity.
Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or CyberArk.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
PMP, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certifications.
CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications.
Experience in consulting or Big Four environments.
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and CIS Controls.
Experience delivering programs within regulated industries.
