CYBRELI is hiring a Senior Contractor IAM Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise IAM solutions for secure identity transformation.
CYBRELI is seeking an experienced IAM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will define IAM strategies, architect secure identity ecosystems, and guide enterprise transformation initiatives that strengthen security, governance, and compliance across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Design and lead enterprise IAM architecture and solution delivery.
Define IAM roadmaps, target architectures, and identity security strategies.
Architect Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust solutions.
Lead enterprise IAM modernization and cloud identity transformation initiatives.
Develop architecture standards, security models, and integration frameworks.
Collaborate with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
Conduct architecture assessments, risk analyses, and technical design reviews.
Support application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, role engineering, and governance initiatives.
Provide technical leadership, mentor consultants, and contribute to client proposals and advisory engagements.
8+ years of experience in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Security Architecture.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or CyberArk.
Strong expertise in Identity Governance (IGA), PAM, SSO, MFA, Federation, RBAC/ABAC, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, SCIM, and enterprise integration architectures.
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust principles.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or IAM vendor certifications.
Consulting or enterprise advisory experience.
Experience supporting regulated industries.
Knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
