CYBRELI is hiring a Senior Contractor QA Lead to ensure quality and reliability of enterprise IAM and cybersecurity solutions.
CYBRELI is seeking an experienced QA Lead to ensure the quality, security, and reliability of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity solutions. You will lead quality assurance activities across IAM transformation projects, working closely with architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality implementations.
Lead QA strategy and testing activities for IAM and cybersecurity projects.
Develop test plans, test cases, and quality assurance processes.
Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate identity lifecycle workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and role management.
Test SSO, MFA, federation, APIs, and identity integrations.
Manage defect tracking, test reporting, and quality metrics.
Support test automation, release validation, and production readiness.
Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and project teams.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and business requirements.
Mentor QA team members and promote testing best practices.
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, IAM, or Cybersecurity Testing.
Strong knowledge of IAM, Identity Governance (IGA), PAM, Access Management, and RBAC.
Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, or CyberArk.
Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and quality reporting.
Experience testing SSO, MFA, APIs, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and SCIM.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
ISTQB or other QA certifications.
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+.
Agile/Scrum certifications.
Consulting or enterprise project experience.
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and CIS Controls.
