As a Senior IAM Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and deliver enterprise IAM programs that improve governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Lead stakeholder workshops and business process analysis.
Support IAM, IGA, RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity lifecycle initiatives.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
Develop user stories, process flows, governance documentation, and reports.
Support application onboarding, access governance, certification campaigns, UAT, and compliance initiatives.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IAM, cybersecurity, or consulting.
Strong knowledge of IAM, Identity Governance (IGA), RBAC, SoD, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or CyberArk.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Consulting or professional services experience.
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or Zero Trust.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP, Security+, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, CyberArk).
