Sr. IAM Developer

About the Role

CYBRELI is seeking an experienced Senior Access Management (AM) Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will work with clients to deliver secure authentication, federation, and access management capabilities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Access Management solutions.

• Configure and support SSO, MFA, federation, and adaptive authentication.

• Develop secure integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, SCIM, and REST APIs.

• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud services.

• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues.

• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and client stakeholders.

• Support solution testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

• Mentor junior consultants and promote IAM best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Access Management, IAM, or Cybersecurity Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk Identity, or SailPoint integrations.

• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, federation, authentication protocols, and access control models.

• Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM, JWT, and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

• Experience delivering IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.

Preferred

• Zero Trust implementation experience.

• Active Directory, SaaS, and cloud identity integrations.

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or vendor-specific IAM certifications.
